For many of my followers and fellow bloggers, I can't post on your blogs which makes me sad. Usually it says that my Google Account does not have access. Not sure why but I will try to figure out how to fix that. I can post annonymously but many of you don't allow that in your settings. I can understand why but I am sad that I can't encourage or respond :-(
Here are two great and new blogs...

Please visit them and give them encouragement!

The above comment was from BeckySC (sorry about that)
Chris, I wanted to thank you for stopping by my blog and for your offer of prayer for my mother. I can't tell you how much that means to us AND it allowed me to be introduced to your blog in turn :) I'll be back to visit (it may not be right off as I get carried away in stressful times and now is one of those times) with you and hopefully make a new stitchy friend.
I TOO am having trouble commenting on NEW to me blogs-I have a huge blog list that I can comment on just fine-but the new readers I have been introduced to since returning to blogging after my FIL death are not allowing me to leave a comment...I think it must be something new with blogger as I was not having this issue before. I am posting as Anonymous here as it will not allow me to post otherwise.
Again, thank you for visiting.

PS..blogger has gone crazy tonight-my comment will not appear-here's hoping this time it actually works!
Hi Chris - I had to give you a shout out! It's great to have a man joining the ranks. There're more men out there stitching than we realise. I think I've seen the "Diary of a Manbroider" in your bloglist... and I know that several of the ladies on the about.com cross stitch forum have husbands who stitch (mine included).
Keep up the great work!
Kirstin
Hey Chris, sometimes Blogger acts up with the comments for a couple of reasons:
1. If the blog you're commenting on doesn't have a pop up comment window.
2. If your blog is not set to have a pop up comment window.
It has something to do with the password chain not getting through or something like that.
To set a pop out comment window, go to DASHBOARD>SETTINGS>COMMENTS>COMMENT FORM PLACEMENT and select POP-UP WINDOW.
Doing the above also helps with readers who wants to comment quickly as they don't have to reload your post page a few times to type a reply, type in the the word verifcation, and then posting the comment. Altogether, that's 3 reloads and I know a lot of people don't have the time to wait through multiple page reloads. :)
Kirstin,
Thanks for the encouragement. Right or wrong there is a stigma amongst men. And right or wrong, as men we worry if the other guys are gonna thing that we are gay or sissies. As I get older I care less what guys think.... but I still care...
Thanks
Chris
It's so refreshing to see a stitching blog written from the male perspective.
Good for you for caring less about what other guys think. If there are any that do think male stitchers are sissy or gay, it just proves how narrow minded they are (and probably not worth knowing).
Very true. Unfortunately it is kinda hard-wired into the male mind. I'm not excusing it, but it is what it is. I will be posting a blog on this subject soon. I am trying to poke fun at the whole concept of guys judging guys on maleness and machoness. My hope is to gently get people thinking without offending any group any more than any other but poking fun at everyone a little bit. Stay tuned it should be interesting.
Love visiting your blog, good luck. I'm a hugh JE fan too.
